Two boys drowned

Two boys, who ventured out to swim in a water tank in Nelapadu Panchayat limits near Tenali, got drowned on Wednesday afternoon. The victims were identified as Jyotula Kennedy (12) and Mutyala Tirupathiah (15). According to the police, the two boys along with four others ventured out to swim in a tank on the Burripalem road. As the boys got down in the water, the two were drowned due to strong currents. The four others were able to manage to safety.
