Pensioners’ stir

CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu BSNL Pensioners’ Welfare Association staged a protest on Tuesday in front of the office of the chief general manager, Chennai Telephones, demanding the benefit of merger of 50 per cent of industrial dearness allowance with basic pay.
