IFGL Refractories buys German firm

KOLKATA: IFGL Refractories has entered into an in-principle agreement for purchase of 96.16 per cent of the share capital of Hofmann Ceramic GmbH, Germany, (including subsidiaries)another group partnership firm Hofmann OHG, Germany.
