Chain snatched from woman

TAMBARAM: A gold chain weighing two sovereigns was snatched from a woman in Pallavaram on Monday evening.

A resident of Kannabiran Koil Street in Pallavaram, Esthaline (19) and her relatives had gone to a temple in Singaperumal Koil and were returning. The family was walking back home, when a motorcycle-borne youth snatched the gold chain from Esthaline and fled.
