Two Pakistanis jailed as “Indians” for a decade

ISLAMABAD: Pakistani authorities had mistakenly jailed two of its nationals for a decade, suspecting them to be “Indians,” a visiting Indian judicial delegation found on Thursday.

This was discovered when a four-member Indian team of the bilateral Judicial Committee on Prisoners visited Indian fishermen held in the Youthful Offenders’ Industrial School or juvenile jail in the port city of Karachi. — PTI
