Man arrested

NEW DELHI: A 42-year-old man has been arrested for alleged involvement in several cases of theft.

Acting on a tip-off, an Outer District special staff team laid a trap at Vishram Chowk on Wednesday and arrested Anil Kumar. Two stolen cell phones and as many driving licences were allegedly recovered from him.

During interrogation, Anil purportedly told the police that his accomplice Deepak was also involved in the thefts. Anil earlier worked for a transport company in Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar.
