Man shoots aunt

NEW DELHI: A young man allegedly shot at his aunt in Tughlakabad village here on Thursday evening after she refused to give him money to buy liquor.

According to the police, Satveer demanded Rs.500 from her aunt Baijwati. When she refused, he left the house only to return later with a double-barrel gun. He then allegedly shot at her. Another relative and two sisters were also injured by the flying shells.

All the four women have been admitted to All-India Institute for Medical Sciences Trauma Centre. “Satveer is on the run,” the police added.
