TN is third

CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu bagged the third place in the women’s section of the 16th Federation Cup National throwball championship held recently in Rourkela.

Tamil Nadu women beat Orissa 15-8, 15-6. In the men’s section, Chattisgarh defeated Tamil Nadu 15-8, 15-12 in the match for the third place.

Delhi won the title in both sections, beating Orissa in the men’s and Chattisgarh in the women’s.
