Stephen’s announces admission policy

NEW DELHI: St. Stephen’s College of Delhi University on Saturday evening announced its admission policy for the coming new academic year.

While 50 per cent of the total seats will be reserved for Christian candidates, 20 per cent of these seats will be reserved for Dalit Christians, Christian Scheduled Tribes and Christian physically handicapped students.

Forty per cent of the total seats will be reserved for general non-Christian candidates and the remaining 10 per cent for non-Christian Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes and physically handicapped students. “Up to 5 per cent of the total sanctioned strength may be added for sports quota,” said college media adviser Sunil Mathew.
