Student drowned

A second year engineering student of Visakhapatnam Institute of Technology and Management drowned in the sea at Yarada on Sunday.

He was swept away when four among a 11-member team from the college went into the sea. While Phanendra, a resident of Madhurawada was swept by waves, another person Jaydev and two others had a miraculous escape. Jaydev, who was in a state of shock, was admitted at a private hospital in Malkapuram.
