Ammonium nitrate seized

MADANAPALLE: A truck carrying 222 bags of ammonium nitrate worth over Rs. 3 lakh was seized by the special branch at Punganur road in Madanapalle. The lorry driver and owner of gun powder shop were taken into custody, according to Sub Inspector Prabhakar. Constables Nanda, Siva and Mohan participated in the operation. -Correspondent
