NEW DELHI: Mansher Singh missed out on a spot in the trap final in the shoot-off and took the ninth place from among 102 shooters in the shotgun World Cup in Belgrade on Monday. Mansher shot a 119 out of 125 to be tied with four others for the last of the six spots in the final. He missed the second bird in the shoot-off , while Alberto Fernandez of Spain managed to pull through after four birds, and finished fourth with a 141. Mansher had a series of 25, 22, 24, 25 and 23. World champion Manavjit Singh Sandhu took the 20th spot with a 117, following rounds of 21, 25, 24, 23 and 24. Anwer Sultan also shot a 117 and took the 24th slot.
