Consumer panel pulls up DDA

New Delhi: The Delhi Consumer Commission has pulled up DDA for giving a flat applicant a dilapidated premises which was built eight years before its allotment.

The Capital’s main land development agency handed over complainant Sudershan Bharija a flat that was constructed in 1994 under a housing scheme floated in 2002.
