HYDERABAD: Karnataka defeated Andhra 2-0 in the final of the South India senior women’s hockey championship at Dharmavaram Government Junior College Grounds (Anantapur) on Tuesday, according to information received here.

The results: Final: Karnataka 2 (Kulsumbi, Shruthi) bt Andhra 0; Third place: Kerala 3 bt TN 0.
