Sale of APHB flats

HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh Housing Board is inviting applications for purchase of single bedroom flats at IJM Malaysian Township near Kukatpally in the city. The monthly income of applicants should not exceed Rs. 12,500 a month.
Prescribed application forms can be downloaded from www.aphb.gov.in and can be submitted at the e-Seva centres. Forms should be enclosed with Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and service charges of Rs. 1,000 in the form of cash or banker’s cheque or demand draft drawn in favour of Commissioner e-Seva and payable at Hyderabad.
Applicants can also issue local cheques for EMD amount however service charges should have to be paid in cash only, said a release.
