ANANTAPUR: Sri Krishnadevaraya University (SKU) is organising a career mela on its campus here on June 21 under the Career Awareness and Recruitment Drive programme initiated by Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, National Association of Software Companies (NASSCOM), TMI Network and Orbit Consultancy. Secretary of APSCHE M.D. Christopher, Vice Chancellor of the university A. Rama Rao and Director of Institute of Service Management (ISM) C. Bhanu told newspersons here on Wednesday that placement mela would have opportunities for students of degree colleges, PG colleges and engineering colleges in Anantapur and Kurnool districts. Several major information technology companies like Maytas (Satyam), First Source Solutions Ltd, and others were expected to participate in the drive . The minimum eligibility for participants was an under graduate degree. The youth willing to attend the mela should turn with four copies of resume, 10 copies of passport size photos, four copies of educational qualifications along with originals.
