Fined for violating traffic rules

KARUR: A total of 118 persons were fined for violating traffic rules in Karur on Tuesday.

While 21 persons were charged with drunken driving, 29 were fined for speed violation, 25 for driving without valid license and 18 for rash driving. All those were asked to remit fines for the offences.
