Moschip acquires Indigita

HYDERABAD: Moschip Semiconductor Technology has acquired U.S.-based Indigita, the audio-video division of Intellasys. Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, Chairman and CEO of Moschip, K. Ramachandra Reddy, said that payment for the acquisition would be made through royalty on product sales over five years. — Special Correspondent
