Ministry’s grant for polo associations

NEW DELHI: The Sports Ministry on Wednesday sanctioned Rs 2.5 lakh each for Ladakh and Manipur polo associations to maintain the traditional form of the game by organising regional championships.

The grant, sanctioned under the National Sports Federation Scheme, will be routed through the Indian Polo Association. — Sports Reporter
