University of Kerala NRI seats: Applications have been invited for the NRI seats for the first year B.Tech programme in the University College of Engineering, Kariavattom, a self-financing college. There are 27 seats in this category: nine each for Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering and Information Technology. Applicants should have a minimum of 50 per cent marks for mathematics in the qualifying examinations and an aggregate of 50 per cent for physics, chemistry and mathematics. B.Sc. practical: The practical of the sixth semester B.Sc. Industrial Micro-biology (restructured) examinations will be held at the Women’s College, Thiruvananthapuram on June 23 and 24; at the SN College for Women’ Kollam on June 25 and 26; at the Aj College of Science and Technology, Thonnakkal, on June 30 and July 1; at the Sree Ayyappa College Eramallikkara on July 3 and July 4; at the National College, Ambalathara on July 8 and July 9 and at the PMSA Pookkoya Thangal Memorial Arts and Science College, Kadakkal, on July 10 and July 11.
