Man commits suicide

NEW DELHI: A 38-year-old man allegedly committed suicide in Shakarpur here on Tuesday.

According to the police, Yograj, a resident of Lalita Park, suspected his wife of having an extra-marital affair with a friend of his. It often led to altercations between the couple.

When he returned home on Monday evening, his neighbours told him that his wife had gone to her parents’ house along with the children. He slit his wrist and hanged himself leaving behind a blood-soaked note on the wall blaming his wife, friend and his eldest daughter for his death.
