Five PMK advocates give up posts

CHENNAI: Five advocates belonging to the Pattali Makkal Katchi, who represent the Tamil Nadu government in the Madras High Court, including an Additional Government Pleader, on Wednesday said they were resigning from their posts.

A press release stated here that K. Balu, Additional Government Pleader, Pa. Kadirvel, P. Gopiraja, M.R. Jothimanian and M.K.T. Gopu, government advocates, decided to resign in the wake of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam snapping its ties with the PMK.
