IMPHAL: A militant and a civilian were killed in an exchange of fire between two militant groups at Chingnungkhok in Imphal East district on Thursday. Chungkham Roshan, district commander of the Kanglei Yawol Kunna Lup, was killed in the exchange of fire with the Kangleipak Communist Party (Military Council).
