HYDERABAD: Water logging and breaches on the Kharagpur division of South Eastern Railway have led to re-scheduling of East Coast and Falaknuma Express trains leaving on Friday. A South Central Railway (SCR) press release said train no. 8646 Hyderabad-Howrah East Coast Express scheduled to leave on Friday would run only up to Visakhapatnam. Also, no. 2704 Secunderabad-Falaknuma Express of Friday would run on a diverted route, via Kazipet, Balharshah, Chanda Fort, Gondia and Bilaspur. Another SCR release announced re-scheduling of the Secunderabad-Bikaner-Secunderabad weekly special with four additional trips till July 17, up from 24 trips as notified earlier. Enroute, they will stop at Kazipet, Manchiryal, Balharshah, Wardha, Akola Bhusaval, Jalgaon Junction, Nandurbar, Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Palanpur Junction, Abu Road, Sorohi Road, Falna, Marwar Junction, Pali Marwar, Luni, Jodhpur, Mertha Road, Nagaur and Nokha. Accordingly, train no. 719 will leave Secunderabad at 11 p.m. every Sunday (June 22, 29 and July 6 and 13) and reach Bikaner at 5.10 p.m. on the second day. On the return, no. 720 will leave Bikaner at 3 p.m. every Thursday (June 26 and July 3, 10 and 17) and arrive here at 8.50 a.m. on the second day, the press release added.
