Traffic police-citizen meet on Sunday

Citizens can put forth their suggestions to improve traffic flow


HYDERABAD: Citizens who have some ideas to improve the traffic flow in their respective places can put forth their suggestions to the traffic police at meetings being convened by police on Sunday at the following venues. The meetings will be held from 11 a.m.

St. Patrick’s High School, Secunderabad (for residents in Mahankali, Market, Gopalapuram, Chilakalaguda, Lalaguda, Tukaramgate, Maredpally, Kharkana, Bowenpally, Trimulghery and Bollarum police station areas); Jaya Garden function hall, Somajiguda (for Panjagutta, SR Nagar, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Begumpet, and Ramgopalpet areas residents ); Ruby Garden function hall, King Koti (for Abids, Saifabad, Chikkadapally, Narayanaguda, Mushirabad and Gandhinagar areas); Saba function hall, beside Nampally L&O Police Station (for Begumbazar, Nampally, Habeebnagar, Mangalhat, Shahinayatgunj, Kulsumpura, Tapachaputra, Asifnagar, Langerhouse, Golconda and Humayunnagar areas); and S.S. Gardens, Nalgonda X roads (for Charminar, Bahadurpura, Kalapattar, Kamatipura, Hussaini Alam, Mirchowk, Dabeerpura, Reinbazar, Bhavaninagar, Moghalpura, Madannapet, Falaknuma, Chandrayangutta, Chatrinka, Shaalibanda, Santoshnagar, Kanchanbagh, Sultanbazar, Afzalgunj, Kachiguda, Amberpet, OU police station, Nallakunta, Malakpet, Chaderghat and Saidabad areas).

Representatives of residents’ welfare associations, colonies, local offices and business establishments can suggest on problems like traffic jams, parking, volunteers during peak hours and introduction of one-way traffic system in colonies.
