Clerk held on graft charge

HYDERABAD: Anti-Corruption Bureau officials on Wednesday night arrested Desaipeta Prabhakar, camp clerk to Medak Zilla Parishad chairman, at his residence in Sangareddy on charge of accepting Rs. 5,000 bribe from a person to forward a file to the chairman. The clerk tested positive when subjected to a chemical test, according to a press release. –Staff Reporter
