Record sale of Indian art at online auction

New Delhi: Saffronart, an online auction house closed a record sale featuring rare and significant works of modern and contemporary Indian artists as its summer auction registered a total sale value of approximately Rs.39 crore.

Subodh Gupta achieved the highest price of the auction after his ‘Untitled’ was sold for Rs.5.7 crore.
