Man murdered

METTUR: A man was murdered by a gang in Kullaveerampatti, near here, on Thursday night. The police said Mayilsamy (35) and his relative Sivaprakasam (17) were walking near a water channel in the village, when the group blocked their way and hacked Mayilsamy to death.
