Prajwal in sole lead

BANGALORE: Shet Prajwal of Tumkur emerged the sole leader with five points from as many rounds in the boys’ section of the Club Mahindra-State u-7 chess here on Saturday. In the penultimate round, Prajwal shocked top seed, K.N. Rajath Rao. In the girls’ section, K.M. Swathi Bhat and Viola Lewis shared the lead with three points each. Swathi defeated Sai Bhavana in the third round, while Viola beat Nikita S. Byali.
