Assembly panels’ visit

Coimbatore: The Assurances Committee of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly led by its Chairman S. Peter Alphonse and 12 members would be visiting Coimbatore on June 26.
A release from the Collector, V. Palanikumar, said that the panel would hold a meeting at the District Development Council at the Collectorate.
Similarly, the Petitions Committee of the Assembly led by its Chairman, Kovai Thangam would also hold its meetings in Coimbatore on June 26 and 27. The panel would scrutinise the petitions received and the action taken report on the same received from the officials. After the review of petitions and reports, the committee would hold its review meeting on June 27 at 11 a.m.
