White Paper on Chiranjeevi’s blood bank demanded

HYDERABAD: Undeterred by the protests against him, Marketing Minister M. Mareppa fired a fresh salvo at film star Chiranjeevi demanding a White Paper on the affairs of the blood bank run by his trust.
Sticking to the remarks he made against the film star in Guntur, the Minister at a press conference here on Sunday lashed out at the Chiranjeevi Fans’ Associations for targeting him and burning his effigy. “Is it wrong to question the happenings in the blood bank as a responsible Minister in the government,” he asked.
Mr. Mareppa maintained that their action was highly objectionable.
