Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Human Rights Commission on Monday directed the State Government to pay a sum of Rs.75,000 to a woman rendered handicapped due to medical negligence by hospital surgeons four years ago. Sara Begum of Shouch-Palpora village in Pattan, Baramulla, lost her bones during a surgery which rendered her disabled.
