Cambridge Tech acquires U.S. firm

BANGALORE: IT services provider Cambridge Technology Enterprises, with development centres in the U.S. and India, has acquired CellExchange, an American system integrator. The total deal size is $15 million. Cambridge Technology CEO Bhaskar Panigrahi said the acquisition would enhance service offerings to commercial customers. — Special Correspondent
