Post-operative care also under Arogyasri

MAHABUBNAGAR: The government has decided to also provide post-operative care to patients undergoing surgeries under Arogyasri scheme, said the district in-charge and Minister for Health and Family Welfare Sambhani Chandrasekhar. He said that post-operative care would be taken up in district hospitals and required medicines for 10 days would also be provided.

Presiding over the district review committee meeting here on Tuesday, the Minister informed that the Government had included 100 more diseases to be covered under Arogyasri scheme.
