Scribes condemn arrest

VISAKHAPATNAM: Journalists from various print and electronic media staged a dharna on the National Highway near the Andhra Jyothi office on Tuesday night in protest against the arrest of editor of the publication K. Srinivas and two of its other reporters in Hyderabad.

The editor and the journalists were arrested in connection with the case filed by MRPS leader Manda Krishna Madiga.

Traffic was stopped on the highway for some time.
