ERODE: Thirty-four students of Panchayat Union Elementary School at Arasampalayam, near Kangayam, who fell sick after having noon meal on Tuesday afternoon, were fine, sources say. The students, soon after lunch, complained of nausea to teachers, who rushed them to the nearby primary health centre. After first aid, the teachers took the students to the Government Hospital, Kangayam. Upon hearing the news, district officials and politicians visited the hospital and consoled the parents. Sources say the students who were under observation at the hospital were fine.
