Lucknow: Three history-sheeters have been arrested by the Uttar Pradesh Police in Mau and Mainpuri districts, state Home Department sources have said. Ramesh alias Rambriksh was arrested in Mau on Tuesday after an encounter with police. Ramesh also sustained bullet injury on his head in the encounter, they said. A country-made revolver and a 9 mm pistol besides a number of cartridges were recovered from his possession. In Mainpuri, Saras and Subhash Singh were arrested in Kurra area on a tip off.
