In passing: Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II next to a bust of Mahatma Gandhi after attending the 400th anniversary Commemorative Service at Temple Church in London on Tuesday. The event marked the rededication of the Royal Charter granted to the Inner and Middle Temple in 1608 by King James I.
