Protest meet

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A meeting will be organised on the Senate House campus of the University of Kerala by the Kerala University Employees’ Union in protest against what the union sees as attempts by the UDF to create a controversy over the revised school textbooks introduced by the LDF government. The meeting to be organised at 1 p.m. on Thursday would be inaugurated by former higher secondary Director V. Karthikeyan Nair, a press note issued here said. — Staff Reporter
