THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Two persons were injured in separate road accidents near the city on Wednesday night. Joy Stephen, 40, sustained a head injury when the bike he was riding collided with an autorickshaw at Kochuveli. He has been admitted to the medical college hospital. In another incident, Sunil Lal, 45, was found lying on the road at Chadayamangalam after presumably being thrown off his bike following a collision. Personnel of the highway patrol reached him to the MCH shortly after midnight. His condition is reported to be serious. — Staff Reporter
