Teachers’ promotion, transfer counselling

CHENNAI: Counselling for teachers’ promotion and transfer will be held from June 27 to July 3.

For candidates in the category of heads of higher secondary schools, the counselling will be held on June 27 at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Ashok Nagar, according to a press release here on Wednesday.

For postgraduate teachers, it will be held on June 30 at Presidency Girls Higher Secondary School, Egmore, at 9 a.m. For graduate teacher trainers, the counselling is scheduled for July 1 and 3, at Government Model Higher Secondary School, Saidapet, and Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Ashok Nagar, at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

For graduate teachers handling science and history subjects, the counselling will be held on July 3 at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Jaigopal Garodia Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Saidapet.

For graduate teachers (Tamil), it will be held on July 3 at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Presidency Girls Higher Secondary School, Egmore, the release stated.
