altercation: BJP Hubli-Dharwad unit president Datta Dorle arguing with the police after party workers were prevented from entering a booth following an incident of alleged proxy voting. Barring this incident, elections to the Legislative Council from the West Graduates’ constituency passed off peacefully in Dharwad.
