Applications invited

VIRUDHUNAGAR: Applications from students seeking admission to 53 hostels run by the Department of Adi-Dravida welfare for the academic year 2008-09 have been invited.

In a statement, the Virudhunagar district Collector, V. Chandrasekaran, said that the students should collect the application forms from the respective hostel wardens. The filled-in forms should be submitted by July 10.

The annual income of the parents of the applicants should be no more than Rs. 50,000.
