Yamuna website launched

NEW DELHI: Municipal Commissioner K.S. Mehra has launched the website of the Yamuna Action Plan-II.

The website has been designed by the Asian Centre of Organisation Research and Development, an NGO implementing the Municipal Corporation of Delhi’s “Clean Yamuna Manch Programme”.

Calling it a special drive to educate the masses regarding environment, Mr. Mehra said: “The Yamuna is more polluted in Delhi than any other town located on its banks. There is a need to carry out a comprehensive intervention to address the issue.”
