Lucknow: Women grievance cells to combat sexual harassment will soon be constituted in all government and state aided colleges in Uttar Pradesh. Higher Education Directorate has issued circular asking all government and state aided colleges to set-up a six member women grievance cell in their respective campuses to tackle complaints of sexual harassment of female employees and students, official sources said.
