needs immediate attention: The damaged overhead tank in Palayapalayam under ward 1 of Surampatty Municipality. The concrete at the bottom of the tank has come off, exposing rusted iron rods. Residents say they want the civic body to either repair the tank constructed in 1986 or build a new one. —
