KOCHI: The police have submitted charge-sheets against Santhosh Madhavan in one of the four cases of raping minor girls. An investigating team led by Circle Inspector G. Venu filed the charge-sheet before Sarathchandran, Ernakulam Judicial First Class Magistrate, on Friday. The police case was that the accused promised free accommodation and education for girls from financially-weaker families and kept them at his Santhitheeram boarding house. From among these girls, he sexually abused four at his apartment at Kadavanthra with the help of his driver Thomas, who is the second accused in the case. Kadavanthra police registered one case on May 13 and three others on May 18.
