Thiruvananthapuram: B.R. Menon was on Friday removed from the post of chairman of the Inland Navigation Corporation and adviser, National Waterways of the State, by the government after he was arrested on the charge of violating the Immoral Trafficking Prevention Act. The retired Rear Admiral, hailing from Thrikakkara in Kochi, was arrested from the Government Guest House, Thycaud, along with a 21-year-old woman. — Special Correspondent
