Awards for top scorers in SSLC public exams

PUDUCHERRY: Bright’s High School, Lawspet, along with Bright’s Association of Parents and Teachers, celebrated the 16th Graduation Day for kindergarten students on Friday.

Director of the school John Sebastian Vadakkedom said diploma certificates were awarded to 12 kindergarten students, entering Standard I.

The school gave away awards to three top scorers in the SSLC public examination. Subject toppers were also awarded.

“We have achieved centum pass percentage in Class X public examination in the last 10 years. We see that no student fails in each class through special coaching,” he said.

Superintendent of Police Balla Hanumalya awarded the diplomas to the tiny tots.

A number of cultural programmes including dance, drama and song were staged by the students as part of the celebrations.

Principal of the school Mollie John was present.
