Kidnapper of kids in police net

Bijnor (UP): Police on Saturday arrested a youngster who allegedly used to kidnap girls in the age group of 10-14 years and leave them back in their towns after some days. The accused identified as Dildar took the children to other districts, stayed in hotels, entertained them well, and then leave them back in 3-4 days in their towns, police said.
